The biggest fight of Joe Biden’s presidency

Joe Biden Snapped When This Big-Name Democrat Publicly Humiliated Him

This was the biggest fight of Joe Biden’s presidency.

Democrats viewed this conflict as the key to their 2022 midterm strategy.

But events took a bad turn and Joe Biden snapped when this big-name Democrat publicly humiliated him.

Joe Biden traveled to Georgia to hold a rally to push the Democrats’ doomed attempt to eliminate the legislative filibuster so Democrats could jam a voter fraud bill into law.

This legislation would impose the loosened mail-invoting standards from 2020 as well as dangerous ballot harvesting schemes on every state in the union.

Joe Biden and his allies viewed this speech as the start of a campaign to rally a dispirited Democrat Party base heading into the midterm elections.

But Biden’s trip got off to a terrible start when failed 2018 Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams – who promotes The Big Lie that Republicans stole the 2018 election from her with baseless claims of voter suppression – did not attend Biden’s speech.

Abrams claimed a schedule conflict prevented her from sharing a stage with Biden.

“’The clock of destiny is ticking out. We must act now before it is too late.’ Thank you, @POTUS, for refusing to relent until the work is finished. Welcome back to Georgia where we get good done,” Abrams wrote on Twitter.

A reporter asked Biden about Abrams snubbing him before Biden left the White House for the trip to Georgia.

“Any thoughts on Stacey Abrams skipping your speech today, sir? Are you insulted she’s skipping your speech?” a reporter quizzed Biden.

Biden snapped at the reporter for asking him about Abrams dissing him while then absurdly claiming Biden and Abrams mixed up their schedules which prevented Abrams from appearing at Biden’s event.

“I’m insulted you asked the question,” Biden exclaimed. “I spoke to Stacey this morning. We have a great relationship. We got our scheduling mixed up. I talked to her at length this morning. We’re all on the same page, and everything’s fine.”

No one bought this excuse.

“Morning Joe” co-host – and Joe Biden supporter – Joe Scarborough told MSNBC’s left-wing audience that Abrams did not believe it was politically advantageous to appear with Biden.

“This is an event custom-made for Stacey Abrams, she obviously doesn’t want to be on the same stage as Joe Biden,” Scarborough stated.

Abrams was not the only Biden ally to refuse to attend the event.

Other left-wing activists refused to show their faces with Biden to register their disgust that Biden did not force Democrats to blow up the filibuster to pass their election takeover bill.

“We don’t need any more photo ops. We need action, and that actually is in the form of the John Lewis Voting Rights Act, as well as the Freedom to Vote Act—and we need that immediately,” former NAACP President James Woodall told The New York Times.

But it was Abrams’ absence that stood out like a sore thumb.

Abrams is once again running for governor of Georgia in 2022.

And while this election takeover bill is popular with the left, 80 percent of Americans support voter ID.

Biden’s approval ratings are also stuck in the low 40s with no sign of a rebound.

Abrams – who enters the race the underdog – clearly judged it was a political loser to appear on stage in Georgia with an unpopular president promoting an unpopular piece of legislation.
