Joe Biden crossed a line Democrats will come to regret.

Biden’s picking a court fight he is unlikely to win.

And Joe Biden made a bad decision that set up this huge showdown with Clarence Thomas.

Joe Biden suffered a massive legal setback when the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals extended a stay blocking Biden’s federal vaccine mandate for companies with more than 100 employees until the courts decided on the merits of the case.

Now it’s likely Biden is headed to the Supreme Court.

The justices ruled that the administration was unlikely to succeed on the merits ruling that the mandate was “staggeringly overbroad” and raised serious constitutional questions about the government’s ability to impose vaccine requirements on the civilian population.

Biden’s Department of Justice appealed the case, and the matter now moves to the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Despite this defeat, press secretary Jen Psaki revealed that the administration’s message to businesses amounted to “damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead” on forcing their workers to take the vaccine.

“Let me be very clear: our message to businesses right now is to move forward with measures that will make their workplaces safer and protect them and their workforces from COVID-19,” Psaki exclaimed. “Nothing has changed.”

Psaki claimed forcible vaccination at the threat of employees losing their jobs – even if they possess natural immunity or request a religious or medical exemption – was in the nation’s best interest.

“They are essentially implementing components or versions of these vaccine requirements because they know it’s in the interest of their workforces, to protect their workforces, to make sure they can bring more people back to the work force. We certainly see that as a positive sign,” Psaki continued.

Psaki’s stunning comment exposed once again that the administration’s vaccine mandate had nothing to do with public health or science and was all about control.

Critics contend if the administration can force the public to take a vaccine – even if the science says they do not need it, or it violates their conscience – then the government owns your body.

Opponents of Biden’s vaccine mandate argue that it should be up to Americans and their doctor if they take the vaccine and they support anyone that chooses to take the vaccine.

Psaki also put on a brave face and professed confidence about the administration’s prospects for victory.

“We are still heading towards the same timeline, the Department of Justice is vigorously defending the emergency temporary standard in court, and we are confident in OSHA’s authority,” Psaki declared.

That false bravado could come back to haunt Biden.

The Supreme Court does not look kindly upon a president imposing blatantly illegal orders.

This summer, Biden imposed a national eviction moratorium even though Biden said he doubted he had the authority to do so.

The Supreme Court quickly smacked down that illegal power grab.

Likewise, Biden admitted he doubted a president had the authority to mandate the public take a vaccine.

Now Biden’s federal vaccine mandate looks like it’s on its way to the Supreme Court where a displeased conservative majority led by Clarence Thomas sits waiting.
